Description

Samayan Bulbasaur, Cactus Pokémon
Grass / Water types
Abillities: Water Absorb, Storm Drain

In order to withstand the high temperatures in times of great droughts, populations of native bulbasaurs have developed a bulb of thick and resistant bark, which manages to store large amounts of water, thus being able to resist these droughts only by burying in the soil and consuming the energy reserves and water from its bulbs. He developed the water type by acquiring the ability to absorb it by capillary forces, thus also gaining the Water Absorb ability.

Samayan Ivysaur, reservoir Pokémon
Grass / Water types
Abillities: Water Absorb, Storm Drain

Exploring the great deserts always in hordes, they spend weeks, even months wandering without water or food. They are distributed in a strong hierarchy, in which the individual who has more flowers in his cactus is what commands the rest of the group.
The end of their pergrination occurs when the horde encounters an oasis, where they set out to evolve.

Samayan Venusaur, Oásis Pokémon
Grass / Water types
Abillities: Water Absorb, Storm Drain

Extremely adapted to the desertic regions of Samaya, this subspecies of Venusaur stores a large volume of water inside the cactus on its back to be able to withstand a great period of drought. It has a lethargic behavior, moving little during the day and feeding at night and accumulating water from the cold air of the nocturnal desert. They are very kind to other smaller Pokémon that cross their path, always dividing their precious water with the small ones, but if they need to fight, they use two strategies: first use their thorns, throw them, or, if the first one is not effective, they use solar energy to boil the water in their cactus by expelling a stream of boiling water at their opponents, functioning analogously to a pressure cooker.

I do quite love the idea of this. Sadly I think Venusaur looks the worst. But that's kinda par for course when the first 2 stages look so great with limited cactus numbers, and Venusaur has so many....
